Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waxing floors in aisles, sales areas, and backrooms.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in an appropriate manner.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and paper products as needed, ensuring all areas are well-stocked.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, and shelving units regularly.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuum cleaners safely and efficiently after receiving training.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards observed to management promptly.
- Assist with seasonal cleaning tasks and special projects as directed by management.
Required Skills
