Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general service questions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to team goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.

  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
