Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Log, track, and manage all support tickets using our help desk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve common operating system issues (Windows, macOS).
- Educate users on IT best practices and system usage to prevent future issues.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex issues and projects.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and company procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with a patient and helpful attitude.
