Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding healthcare services, insurance benefits, claims, and general medical information.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and empathetic information, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the system, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, client-specific protocols, and healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Continuously update knowledge on healthcare products, services, and system changes through ongoing training and self-study.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery and achieve performance targets.
