Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the campus, aligning with Ecolint's mission and values.
- Oversee all academic programmes, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, particularly within the IB framework.
- Manage and mentor faculty and staff, fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and holistic development of all students.
- Cultivate a strong, inclusive, and engaged school community involving parents, students, and external partners.
- Manage campus operations, including budgeting, facilities, and resource allocation.
- Lead the recruitment, retention, and performance management of campus personnel.
- Represent the campus within the wider Ecolint community and to external stakeholders.
- Implement and uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Actively participate in the provided leadership training and mentorship programmes.
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in an educational setting (e.g., Deputy Head, Head of Department, Principal).
- Demonstrated experience with international curricula, preferably the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in Educational Leadership or a related field.
- Proficiency in French or another major European language.
- Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual international school environment.
