Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including precision cuts, blowouts, updos, braiding, coloring, highlights, balayage, perms, and chemical straightening.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their desires, assess hair condition, and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and comply with all sanitation standards and safety protocols.
- Educate clients on proper hair care routines, recommend appropriate retail products, and drive product sales.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service, follow-up, and consistent quality.
- Stay informed about current hair trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous education and training.
- Actively participate in salon meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and harmonious salon operation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist (minimum 2 years).
- Expertise in various hair cutting techniques for men and women.
