Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, highlights, perms, and rejuvenating treatments for all hair types.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle, providing expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and product advancements through continuous learning and industry research.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation in your workstation and throughout the salon, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Actively promote and sell hair care products and services, educating clients on their benefits and aftercare to enhance their salon experience.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and a friendly demeanour.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently and maintain accurate, confidential client records.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon environment (minimum 3 years).

- Strong client consultation and communication abilities, with active listening skills.
