Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients, especially walk-ins, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
  • Efficiently manage walk-in client flow, assessing their needs and assigning them to available stylists or advising on wait times.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and emails professionally, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, utilizing our booking system effectively to prevent conflicts and maximize stylist productivity.
  • Process client payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash, card, and mobile transfers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it always presents a professional and inviting appearance.
  • Assist clients with product selection and provide basic information about hair care products available for sale.
  • Address client concerns and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex matters to salon management when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all salon services, promotions, and stylist specializations.
  • Assist with inventory management of retail products and salon supplies as needed.
  • Collect client feedback to help improve service quality and overall salon experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
