Novotel Warszawa Centrum is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-time Guest Service Agent to join our vibrant Front Office team. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, often the first and last point of contact for our valued guests. Your primary mission will be to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable stay for everyone who walks through our doors.

You will be responsible for a range of essential duties, from efficient check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations with precision, to providing insightful local recommendations that enrich our guests’ visit to Warsaw. More than just transactions, this role is about connection – understanding guest needs, anticipating their desires, and proactively resolving any concerns with a warm smile and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Efficiently manage guest departures, processing payments and providing express check-out services.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy.
  • Operate the hotel's switchboard, directing calls and taking messages.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment according to hotel procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities where appropriate.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a guest-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or similar hospitality role.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS).
  • Knowledge of a third language (e.g., German, French, Spanish).
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
