Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Act as a central point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing prompt and efficient resolutions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized services and recommendations.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and managing room allocations with precision.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, F&B) to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles, noting preferences and special requests to enhance future stays.
- Assist with reservations, booking tours, transportation, and other amenities as required.
- Address guest feedback and complaints professionally and empathetically, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all guest interactions uphold the Baur au Lac's high standards of luxury service and etiquette.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a luxury environment.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems (PMS, POS) is a plus, though training will be provided.
