Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with self-order kiosks, mobile ordering, and table service, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle feedback efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.
  • Support the restaurant team by assisting with order accuracy, food delivery, and general operational flow.
  • Help promote new menu items, special offers, and digital initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor guest flow and waiting times, working with the team to optimize service speed and efficiency.
  • Set an example for other crew members on exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and service quality.
