Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level IT support to all staff members, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and banking-specific software on desktops, laptops, and other devices.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), ensuring reliable internet access and intra-office communication.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, including printers, scanners, POS terminals, and other peripherals.
  • Manage IT inventory, track equipment, and ensure proper documentation of IT assets and support requests.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control in adherence to security protocols.
  • Educate end-users on IT best practices, security awareness, and efficient use of technology tools.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance, identify potential issues, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers).
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN concepts).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
