Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing new and existing regulatory requirements to ensure timely and proactive compliance.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and periodic review of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct routine checks, reviews, and due diligence on transactions and customer accounts to identify potential compliance breaches or suspicious activities.
- Prepare accurate and concise compliance reports, summaries, and assist in documentation required for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to promote compliance awareness and ensure adherence to established guidelines across the bank.
- Actively participate in internal compliance training sessions, workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives.
- Escalate identified compliance issues, risks, and concerns to senior compliance officers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records of all compliance activities, findings, and resolutions.
