Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement supply chain models and analytical tools to improve forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on supply chain performance.
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues, including bottlenecks, delays, and discrepancies.
- Support the development and implementation of new supply chain initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to demand planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes, and inventory optimization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations for management on supply chain improvements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, planning, or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in data manipulation and interpretation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Supply Chain Management).
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Experience in a global supply chain environment.
