Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management for leadership.
- Prepare, edit, and format various documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, for team members as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing calls and correspondence appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
- Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track departmental budgets in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minute-taking, and distribution of meeting materials.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient management of resources.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the team and across various departments.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as needed, contributing to broader team and organizational goals.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
