Are you a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a passion for bringing global brands to life through compelling visuals? Brown-Forman is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing a wide array of design projects that support our diverse portfolio of world-renowned spirits and wine brands across various international markets. You will collaborate closely with brand marketing teams, digital strategists, and external agencies to ensure visual consistency and impactful messaging across all platforms, including digital campaigns, print collateral, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for various marketing channels, including digital (social media, websites, email), print (POS, OOH, packaging), and experiential activations.
- Ensure all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and global visual identity standards while creatively adapting to local market nuances.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, brand managers, and copywriters to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to printer specifications.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Understanding of brand consistency and global brand guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience working with global brands or in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX principles
- Experience in the CPG or spirits/beverage industry
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
