Job Description
We are on the hunt for a highly creative and exceptionally skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for innovation and visual storytelling to join our thriving Creative/Media team in Jabi, Abuja. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for a wide array of marketing and advertising campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and print collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications for BizzDesk Group and its clients.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating design choices and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and output.
- Assist in the creation of engaging multimedia content, including motion graphics and video editing, as needed.
- Perform retouching, resizing, and manipulation of images to meet project specifications.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy development for new campaigns and client initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Experience with digital marketing and social media design best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Previous experience working in an advertising agency or a similar fast-paced creative environment
- Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS (beneficial but not required)
