Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design engaging visual content for various marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters).
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Vodacom Congo's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while adapting them to local market nuances.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Create compelling visual assets for product launches, promotional events, and corporate communications within the Haut-Uélé region.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and branding best practices to continually enhance creative output.
  • Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring files are optimized for different platforms and mediums (print, web, mobile).
  • Provide creative input and visual concepts during brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili or Lingala.
