Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior designers in developing creative concepts and visual solutions for various client projects.
  • Produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media content, website elements, and print materials.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative idea generation for new campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare design presentations and mood boards for internal and external client reviews.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Research visual trends, competitors, and best practices in advertising and graphic design.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and project files.
  • Learn and apply feedback from creative directors and senior designers to refine designs.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design potential and personal projects
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition)
  • Excellent visual communication and conceptualization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and design challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Previous experience with digital advertising or social media design (e.g., academic projects, personal work).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
