Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior designers in the creation of visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Retouch and manipulate images to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
  • Research and gather visual assets, including stock photography and iconography, that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Support the design team with administrative tasks, file organization, and project tracking.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to new campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance skills and contribute innovative solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
