Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual communications across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects from initial brief to final delivery.
- Create engaging presentations, reports, and internal communication materials that effectively convey complex information.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our visual output.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring innovative design solutions to meet strategic objectives.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to other team members or external vendors when required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work, including digital marketing assets, brand identity, and web graphics.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, and aesthetically pleasing visuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback.
- Proven experience working in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
