Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching potential grant opportunities from institutional donors, foundations, and government agencies.
  • Support the preparation and drafting of grant proposals, concept notes, and project narratives under supervision.
  • Help maintain and update donor databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping of all grant-related activities.
  • Collaborate with program teams to gather necessary information, data, and success stories for proposal development and reports.
  • Assist in preparing grant reports and compliance documents, ensuring timely submission to donors.
  • Support the coordination of internal meetings related to grant development and project implementation.
  • Conduct background research on donor priorities and funding trends to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Participate in capacity-building workshops and training sessions to enhance grant management skills.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the Grants and Fundraising Department.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
