Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and review various government-related forms, applications, and documents.
- Perform data entry into internal systems and external government portals with high precision.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, compliance documents, and other required correspondence.
- Verify information for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies and escalating as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and, when required, with clients or government representatives to gather or clarify information.
- Support the administrative needs of various departments, including scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of government processes.
