Required Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and web browsers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive customer-centric attitude.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
