Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist.
  • Coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, such as training sessions, employee engagement events, and wellness programs.
  • Generate HR reports and provide basic data analysis as requested to support decision-making.
  • Process HR-related invoices and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate correspondence.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
