Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data collection strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define KPIs and analytical requirements.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Perform A/B testing analysis and provide recommendations for product optimization.
  • Identify data quality issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
  • Proactively explore data to identify new opportunities for product or business improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with machine learning concepts and applications.
