Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and meticulously manage Google Ads campaigns across various networks (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, App) to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Conduct exhaustive keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to unearth strategic opportunities and optimize targeting.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing, strategic bid adjustments, compelling ad copy enhancements, and landing page recommendations.
  • Provide insightful daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently and effectively to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of the latest Google Ads features, platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure seamless alignment of ad creatives and landing page experiences with campaign objectives.
  • Implement and refine conversion tracking, utilizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools for comprehensive measurement of campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, implementing swift and effective solutions to maintain campaign integrity and performance.
  • Develop and present strategic campaign plans, results, and insights to internal teams and management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Profound knowledge of the Google Ads platform, encompassing Search, Display, Shopping, and Video networks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to meticulously interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other leading reporting and analytics tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of keyword research methodologies, advanced bid management strategies, and cutting-edge optimization techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as an integral part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement).
  • Experience with additional paid media platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, social media advertising, programmatic display).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or a large corporate marketing department.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
