Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including valuation, leveraged buyout (LBO), and accretion/dilution analyses.
 - Prepare comprehensive client presentations, offering memoranda, and other transaction-related documents.
 - Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to support strategic recommendations.
 - Participate in due diligence processes, collaborating effectively with clients, legal counsel, and other external advisors.
 - Assist in the origination and execution of M&A, equity, debt, and other strategic financial advisory mandates.
 - Support senior bankers in client interactions, pitches, and business development efforts.
 - Manage and organize data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality for all financial analyses and reports.
 - Collaborate effectively with global teams and various divisions within the firm to deliver integrated solutions and insights.
 
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
 - Demonstrated strong academic achievement and intellectual curiosity.
 - Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
 - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
