Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Capital Management (HCM) team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems (HRIS) with meticulous accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, preparing documentation and coordinating logistics.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues to appropriate HR specialists.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with data analysis as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
  • Process HR-related invoices, expense reports, and maintain departmental budget records.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related presentations, reports, and communications.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee information and HR data.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and departments to ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
