Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventative maintenance.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with security policies.
  • Document all support activities, solutions, and procedures in the IT knowledge base.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connections.
  • Educate users on IT best practices and security awareness.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
