Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable format for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Network Operations, Sales, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, highlighting significant changes and providing explanations for performance fluctuations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue generation through data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data collection systems and data quality assurance processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and team members in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and analytical tools to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
