Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform in-depth statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable format for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Network Operations, Sales, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, highlighting significant changes and providing explanations for performance fluctuations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue generation through data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of data collection systems and data quality assurance processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and team members in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and analytical tools to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
