Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and other goods.
- Support production line operations by ensuring materials are available and products are moved efficiently.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organised work environment, including production areas, warehouses, and communal spaces.
- Operate basic equipment and machinery as instructed, following safety guidelines (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Assist with packing, sorting, and labelling products for distribution.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
