Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and automotive parts, verifying accuracy against documentation.
- Efficiently pick and stage parts according to work orders and shipment schedules.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner (training provided if needed).
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and loading, to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and shipping targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verifying inventory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
