Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, logistics, and supplier performance.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to monitor key supply chain metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and inventory targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and develop corrective action plans.
- Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to supplier relationship management strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain technology solutions and best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
