Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products from trucks, containers, and racks.
- Organise and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and work areas.
- Move materials and items from storage areas to designated locations using manual lifting or basic equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support inventory management by accurately counting, labelling, and documenting goods.
- Assist skilled trades workers and other team members with various tasks as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively after receiving proper training.
- Perform general maintenance duties to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere, collaborating with colleagues.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
