Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and values a flexible work schedule that supports both productivity and work-life balance. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and information throughout our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to success. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both from our modern Sulaibiya facility and remotely, allowing you to optimize your work environment while maintaining strong collaboration with your team. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Track shipments, update stakeholders on status, and proactively resolve any logistics or delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities, including orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on supply chain performance, expenditure, and key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade laws.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience and innovation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, flexible environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).
  • Experience with international freight and customs procedures.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the Kuwaiti market and logistics landscape.
