Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex interview schedules (phone, virtual, in-person) for candidates and hiring teams, often across multiple time zones.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to accurately update candidate records, track progress, and generate reports.
- Prepare and extend offer letters, new hire paperwork, and manage pre-employment processes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for out-of-town candidates.
- Assist with job posting management on various platforms and participate in employer branding initiatives.
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks, special projects, and data analysis as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all candidate information and recruitment activities.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
