Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer online grocery orders within specified timeframes.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and freshness for all selected items, including produce, meat, dairy, and baked goods.
- Carefully check expiry dates and product integrity, ensuring items meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with store teams regarding stock availability or suitable substitutions for out-of-stock items.
- Maintain a tidy and organised shopping environment, adhering to store standards.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service indirectly through meticulous and thoughtful order fulfilment.
- Utilise handheld devices or mobile applications to manage orders efficiently and track progress.
