Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
  • Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments accurately.
  • Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel's property management system.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and front desk area.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with integrity.
  • Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements as needed.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
