Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, visitors, and vendors upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with professionalism and promptness, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, ensuring a presentable and professional environment.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and update guest profiles with precision.
- Distribute mail, messages, and packages to guests and staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and security regulations.
Required Skills
