Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lubao, Kasai Province. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience with Rawbank. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors to the branch, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and organized at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Provide accurate information about Rawbank's products and services to clients.
  • Assist clients with basic transactions, account inquiries, and form completion.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules for branch personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, to support branch operations.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or client service role (minimum 1 year)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and Lingala (Swahili is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with banking software and client management systems.
