Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and issuing room keys.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as required.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge) to ensure seamless guest services.
  • Operate multi-line telephone systems and direct calls appropriately.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail/packages.
