Job Description
Seaside Estate Guest House is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team in Savanna-la-Mar. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience with us. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling reservations, and assisting with various guest inquiries. Your warm welcome, professional demeanor, and problem-solving skills will be essential in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-in procedures.
- Process guest check-outs accurately and handle payment transactions.
- Manage reservations, including making, modifying, and cancelling bookings through our system.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about guest house services and local attractions.
- Address guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure smooth guest operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages for guests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy.
- Provide local recommendations and directions to guests.
