Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and browsers, providing a seamless user experience.
- Implement best practices for UI/UX, accessibility, and SEO in all design projects.
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to style guides across all web properties.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
- Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Demonstrable portfolio of completed web design projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with popular Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
