Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for various marketing channels, including digital (web, email, social media), print, and video scripts.
  • Translate complex financial products and services into easily understandable and engaging content for a diverse audience.
  • Ensure all content adheres to WSFS Bank's brand voice, style guidelines, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, product teams, and legal/compliance departments to refine messaging and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough research to inform content strategy and ensure industry relevance.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality, grammatical correctness, and error-free delivery.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
