Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits and reporting on financial performance.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare reports, and present updates to key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team proactively.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships when necessary for project deliverables.
- Perform post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project management processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
