Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding Ford products, services, warranties, and financial options.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information and guide customers through troubleshooting and resolution processes with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system, ensuring detailed and precise record-keeping for follow-up and analysis.
- De-escalate challenging customer situations and escalate complex technical or policy issues to appropriate departments following established protocols.
- Educate customers on available Ford resources, self-service options, and upcoming product or service enhancements to enhance their ownership experience.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all interactions.
- Continuously update knowledge on Ford's evolving product lineup, technologies, and services through provided training and resources.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting a positive image of Ford Motor Company through every customer interaction.
