Key Responsibilities
- Accept and manage delivery orders through the Bolt Food driver app.
- Collect food and parcel orders from various restaurants and stores promptly.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of orders to customers' specified locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with vendors and customers.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation for yourself and your vehicle.
- Handle payments (if applicable, though most are cashless) and accurately record transactions.
- Communicate effectively with Bolt support and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license (for car/scooter drivers) or suitable transport (e.g., bicycle)
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) with appropriate insurance.
- A smartphone with an active data plan.
- Good knowledge of Blackpool and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
