Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare food items for shipment according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect products for quality and freshness, reporting any discrepancies or damage immediately.
- Operate manual or powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks) if required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
