Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver pizza and other menu items to customers' homes or businesses within the designated delivery area.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery, representing the Domino's brand positively and professionally.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring correct change and processing transactions with care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road, prioritising personal and public safety.
- Assist with in-store tasks during downtime, such as box folding, cleaning, restocking, and taking orders, contributing to the overall team effort.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, keeping warm bags properly insulated to maintain product quality.
- Communicate effectively with store team members regarding delivery status or any customer issues.
- Maintain a presentable appearance and ensure the cleanliness of any company-provided equipment or your own vehicle.
- Check orders for accuracy before leaving the store to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license (for scooter/motorcycle) or proficient bicycle riding skills.
- Access to a reliable scooter/motorcycle (with appropriate insurance) or bicycle (if applicable for area).
- Strong knowledge of Warrington's local roads and areas, including navigation shortcuts.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure prompt deliveries.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal communication skills for clear customer and team interactions.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for shift coverage and customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old for insurance purposes (for motorised vehicles).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local area knowledge.
- Currently enrolled as a student, demonstrating a keen interest in balancing work and study.
